2. If you got your package and you were entitled for Grant Specialist Assistance under the package you purchased, and you were not provided with any help when you called for assistance by a Grant Advisor, you may ask for a refund.

3. If you apply for a grant in 2-3 agencies and get denied for government grant by all of them, you can send the denial letter back to us and can ask for a refund.
